Electron Microscopy Sciences 3mm Circlips Sample Holders
Circlips are for all EMS TEM sample holders and specimen rods. They are made from heat treated Beryllium copper. The Circlip extraction tool is for removing our Circlips from all TEM sample holders.

Electron Microscopy Sciences EMS Sedgewick-Rafter Counting Cell, Brass, 1.0 ml
Intended for use with standard or inverted compound microscopes at low magnifications. Both cells include two cover glasses and one plastic case. Slide is 1" x 3". Cell size is 1.96" W x 0.787" H x 0.04" DCell volume is 1.0 ml.
Electron Microscopy Sciences E-Beam Lithography Mount
This mount, made from aluminum features an M4 threaded hole and is 25 mm in diameter. The clips are made from copper. The mount comes complete with a Faraday Cup (2.5 mm x 100nm hole) and a gold/carbon resolution sample 3 mm in diameter is included. The gold particle size range is 5-150nm.
Electron Microscopy Sciences Cryogenic Grid Box with Pin Type Lid for FEI Vitrobot, White/Blue
These specimen grid boxes are tools for storing or transferring cryogenic TEM specimen grids. Features four diamond shaped slots. Non-static clear covershield held in place with stainless steel screw, which is tapped in the center of the box. Box fits the FEI Vitrobot™, Gatan 626™, Gatan 3500™.
